Personal information provided in connection with Show entries, trade applications, membership, sponsorship or other Society activities will be used only for legitimate Show administration purposes, communication, publication of results and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

Information may be shared with relevant breed societies, Show officials, service providers and local media where appropriate in connection with the administration and promotion of the Show.

As a public event, Show results, photographs and video recordings may be published in Show materials, on the Society’s website and social media channels, and in local press coverage.
